After proudly serving in the United States Navy as a Hospital Corpsman and spending a decade as a Surgical Technologist, I’ve witnessed pain, resilience, and the strength it takes to keep going especially during the pandemic. I’ve seen so many people, of all ages, hurting and just waiting for relief.
Through my own service-connected disabilities (or as I prefer to call them, experiences), I learned firsthand that healing isn’t something we do alone. Just like medical doctors practice medicine, healing both physical and emotional is a practice too. So is self-love.
I realized that my mission didn’t end when I left the surgical field. Instead, it evolved. I wanted to create a space where those who give their all who hold the line for others can finally take a breath. I can take the watch. You deserve to rest, recharge, and return to your life feeling lighter, stronger, and more whole.
I’ve been a healer my entire life, and now I’m here to offer my unique skills as a Reiki Master and Energy Healer to support you on your own healing journey. You are never alone, and you are so deeply loved.
